Gratuities
If you are happy with your services, gratuities are welcome and
appreciated. We are unable to include the gratuity on your
credit card, but you may tip you service provider with cash or a
check payable directly to them. The minimum charge for credit
cards is $12.
Children (Children Under the Age of 8 Are NOT Permitted in the Spa)
To provide a complete and relaxing experience to our guests,
children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa unless
they are receiving services with their parents.
Personal Possessions
We suggest that you leave all valuables at home.
We regret that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to
your personal property.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us a 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment.
Cancellation with less than a 24 hours notice your credit card
will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.
Payment
We accept Cash, Visa, and Master Card. Unfortunately we cannot
accept personal checks.
For your health and safety, please inform your therapist or
aesthetician if you have any medical concerns, if you are
pregnant, have allergies, or have had recent surgery.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time
to fill out the consultation forms, and to change into gowns.
Late arrivals may result in a full charged and/or reduced
service time.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. We are not
responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
Food and Drinks are not permitted in the Spa.
